Savage, Minnesota — David Lawrence Sampson, a 54-year-old resident of Prior Lake, has been identified as the individual who lost his life following a serious crash on Highway 13. The incident occurred Thursday afternoon around 1:50 p.m., drawing emergency response teams to the scene.
