Beloved Portland Community Member Patsy Leigh Miller Killed in Northwest Portland Crash

The Portland community is mourning the loss of one of its own, 60-year-old Patsy Leigh Miller, who died after being struck by a vehicle in a late-night crash that has left friends, family, and neighbors heartbroken.
