Ulises Cabrera Gonzalez and Susana Rosales Koris Found Dead in Southwest Miami-Dade Home

Two people — 44-year-old Ulises Cabrera Gonzalez and 42-year-old Susana Rosales Koris — were found shot to death Saturday inside a home in a quiet Southwest Miami-Dade neighborhood, the Miami-Dade County Sheriff’s Office said in a Sunday update.

Just after 1 p.m. Saturday, deputies responded to a 911 call at a residence near 17000 SW 153rd Ct., just south of the Country Walk area in Richmond West. The call reportedly said a man was unresponsive and bleeding, possibly from a neck wound.

When officers arrived, they discovered a man and woman inside the house with what appeared to be gunshot wounds. Both were severely injured, and despite the fast response from Miami-Dade Fire Rescue, they were pronounced dead at the scene.

Authorities have not released any information about how the two victims knew each other, or if they were related — a relationship that neighbors say may have involved two children living in the home. The sheriff’s office said the investigation is still in its early stages and has not ruled out any scenario, including a possible domestic-related motive.

Homicide detectives from the county have taken over the case. As of now, no suspects have been publicly identified, and deputies are urging anyone with information — whether about unusual activity in the neighborhood or potential connections to the victims — to come forward.

The scene — in what’s usually a quiet residential stretch south of Country Walk — has shaken up neighbors. Many told reporters the house was occupied by a couple raising children; the sudden violence has left the community stunned, fearful, and calling for answers.

At this point, authorities have offered few details. But with the investigation still fresh, neighbors and residents remain on edge, hoping the truth will soon surface and justice will follow for Cabrera Gonzalez and Rosales Koris.
