Deputies from the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) were dispatched after someone reported seeing a man and a woman locked in a physical fight inside a blue Chevrolet pickup near FM 1314 and State Highway 99.
According to preliminary information, the pickup was located by deputies at about 1:46 p.m. in the 20200 block of Duester Lane in Porter. When officers approached the scene, they discovered the bodies of 41-year-old Kevin Doak and 28-year-old Victoria Yates, both with apparent gunshot wounds.
