Community Mourns Teen Killed in Avondale Shooting – Break Out News

CINCINNATI —Tragedy struck the Avondale neighborhood early Monday morning as a 14-year-old boy was fatally shot in a deadly incident that continues to shake the community.

The shooting occurred around 1 a.m. along Hutchins Avenue, near Reading Road. Responding officers discovered evidence that multiple shots had been fired, though the circumstances leading up to the violence remain unclear.

The Hamilton County Coroner has identified the victim as Tyquan Jones-Alexander, a resident of Cincinnati. Just 14 years old, Tyquan’s life was cut tragically short, and his death has left a deep void in the hearts of family members, friends, and neighbors who knew and loved him.

Police have not announced any arrests or identified a suspect. Investigators are working to determine the events that led to the shooting. Authorities also confirmed that a second individual showed up at a hospital around the same time with gunshot wounds, but it remains unclear whether the two incidents are connected.
