Fort Mill Man Dies in Late-Night Motorcycle Crash on Doby’s Bridge Road

FORT MILL, S.C. — A 24-year-old Fort Mill man was killed in a motorcycle crash late Monday night on Doby’s Bridge Road, according to the Fort Mill Police Department and the York County Coroner’s Office. The incident occurred just before midnight near Doby’s Bridge Presbyterian Church in the southern part of the town.

The motorcyclist, identified as Justin Anderson, was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities have confirmed that no other vehicles or individuals were involved in the crash. Fort Mill police officers responded promptly after the incident was reported, and the York County Coroner’s Office is assisting with the investigation.

The crash marks the second fatal motorcycle accident in York County within three days, following another incident in the city of York.
