In the early hours of Friday, October 17, 2025, a tragic incident unfolded in the City of Oswego, New York, leading to the death of 41-year-old Kevin Fatcheric. Despite immediate medical attention and transport to Upstate Hospital, he was pronounced dead shortly thereafter.

Scott Sullivan, 24, of Fulton, faces charges including Murder in the 2nd Degree (A-I felony), Assault in the 1st Degree (B felony), and two counts of Robbery in the 1st Degree (B felony). Rebecca Manchester, 44, of Oswego, has been charged with two counts of Murder in the 2nd Degree (A-I felony), two counts of Assault in the 1st Degree (B felony), Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 3rd Degree (D felony), and two counts of Robbery in the 1st Degree (B felony).
Both suspects were processed and arraigned in Oswego County CAP Court. The Oswego Police Department was assisted by the Oswego County District Attorney’s Office, Oswego County Sheriff’s Office, Menter Ambulance, and the Oswego Fire Department during the investigation.
